In your first year it’s important you gain confidence and achieve your goals. At Ramsay Health Care we believe that learning is continuous and that everyone should be given the opportunity to grow and develop. For this reason helps you to achieve your learning goals by using a range of methods including competency based assessment and training, self-directed learning packages, regular in-service, workshops and study days. Within the clinical setting you will be supported with ongoing education, feedback, and regular appraisals from your preceptor and the Clinical Facilitators.
